AFA-Graded
The Action Figure Authority (AFA) was formed to bring a universal standard metric to Action Figure collecting. AFA grading allows a large degree of confidence when buying action figures as the buyer has an accurate concept of the figure's condition and characteristics. AFA's grading process remains unbiased through it's policy of prohibiting employees from buying or selling AFA graded action figures thus isolating the AFA from any financial interest or prejudice when assigning grades. Because of the inherint value in AFA grading, AFA graded figures typically demand a higher resale value.
